Responsibilities:
・Conduct informative and engaging tours and events, highlighting Taiwan's attractions, landmarks, and culture
・Interact with tour participants in a friendly and captivating manner, ensuring a memorable experience
・Share fascinating insights into Taiwan's history, politics, culture, and society with tour groups
・Safely navigate and lead tour groups through various destinations, ensuring a seamless experience
・Adhere to guidelines and standards while providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
・Flexible schedule: Able to support shifts during weekdays is preferred
・Excellent English communication skills: Strong proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with diverse groups of tourists
・International/travel experience: A passion for travel and exploration, along with a curiosity for different cultures, is highly valued
・Deep understanding of Taiwan: A comprehensive knowledge of Taiwan's history, politics, and society is necessary to provide insightful tours
・Love for storytelling: Enthusiasm for sharing captivating Taiwan stories with audiences of all backgrounds and interests
・Experience with the free walking tours model: Familiarity or experience with the free walking tours model is preferred
・Public speaking experience: Confidence and experience in public speaking to engage and captivate tour participants is preferred
・Experience leading organized tours: Any previous experience guiding tours or similar activities. Please briefly describe if applicable
